The First Edition was published in two parts. There were 50 decks Signed and Numbered. These are sold out. There were also 750 Numbered decks that were unsigned. These are still available for purchase on Etsy.

I used the original cards as reference when I drew the Stone Visconti cards, but often the visual information was very hard to find in the remnants of the old images…
Sometimes it took several cards together before I understood the images well enough to draw them myself…
I drew the images in Photoshop, very often using a one pixel wide pencil tool. How did I get so much depth and texture, in drapery for example? Well, I’m very patient…
Here are draperies with patterns over the top. This is an extra challenge, especially because up close it really doesn’t look like much, and working with a one pixel line means working very up close…
